Held an Academic Symposium on Amphibian Reptile Breeding and Conservation in China

On 18th October, 2008, the 2008 Symposium of the Amphibian Reptile Branch of the Zoological Society of China was held in Haikou, Hainan. The meeting was organized by the Amphibian and Reptile Branch of the Zoological Society of China and hosted by the School of Life Sciences of Hainan Normal University. The symposium took breeding and protection as the theme. 167 representatives from more than 20 provinces (municipalities directly under the central government), 77 institutions, research institutes and enterprises attended the meeting. Our students and faculty members participated in hosting the meeting as important members of the School of Life Sciences of Hainan Normal University.
