From 16th to 19th May 2014, Professor Hong Meiling attended the 8th Zoological Symposium of the Six Southern Provinces (Guangdong, Hunan, Jiangxi, Hubei, Guangxi, Hainan) in Guilin, Guangxi, and gave a lecture entitled "Salinity Tolerance and Osmolality Pathway in Trachemys Scripta Elegans".
